A Mastermind Challenge has a challenge goal. The group organizer of a Group Challenge Mastermind will structure the group with enough time for everyone to accomplish the goal together. See the list below for examples of group goals. All of the members help the other members to accomplish the goal by providing resources, motivation, and accountablity.
Members who would like to start a group challenge and be the Organizer of the mastermind will decide the name of the group, how often the group will meet, when and where, virtual or in person, maximum number of members, start date of the challenge, end date of the challenge. In Group Challenge Masterminds members hold each other accountable and support each other to achieve the group goal. Members also keep each other motivated and celebrate successes by communicating between meetings from their phone with Likeminded Mobile App.
As with all Likeminded mastermind groups, members should never leave a group before the end date or miss any meetings unless there is an emergency situation. Every member of a Likeminded mastermind group is an important resource for all the members of the group. In other words, don’t break up the band.
